Katherine waits for me as we go to the cow shed. The cows even during a pandemic still produce waste, the cow shed needs to be kept clean for when they return in the evening.

Taken on her farm during the Covid-19 pandemic, Katherine has kept her small local farm shop open as the farm, the vegetables & the cows continue to grow. Pandemic or not.
