Katherine has a bunch of beetroot she has dug up as she explains that this is her second crop as the first was badly effected by the hot dry early weather earlier in the summer.

Taken on her farm during the Covid-19 pandemic, Katherine has kept her small local farm shop open as the farm, the vegetables & the cows continue to grow. Pandemic or not.
